Dr. Juan Yordán, MD

Family Medicine Specialist

Dr. Juan Yordán, MD is a Family Medicine Specialists in Lady Lake, FL and has been practicing for 25 years.

Dr. Yordán was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He earned his Bachelors degree of Science at Catholic University of Puerto Rico and his Medicine Degree at Ponce School of Medicine; Dr. Yordan did his three year Family Medicine residency at Dr. Pila Hospital.

Dr. Yordán is married to his wife Ninette and has two children; Natalia and Juan Carlos Jr.

In 2004, he moved from Puerto Rico to Virginia where he worked for three years at Norton Community Hospital, as the attending physician and emergency room physician.

In 2007, He decided to move to Ocala, FL where he worked six years for Family Care Specialists; then he opened his own practice in The Villages.

Dr. Yordán has been involved in teaching since 1998 and was awarded the Degree of Fellow From The American Academy of Family Physicians in 2016.

Dr Ivonne Ferrer

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr Ivonne Ferrer Hopgood is a Licensed Clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. She has been practicing clinical psychology for 34 years in multiple settings.

Dr Ferrer Hopgood was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and finished her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She continued graduate studies at Carlos Albizu University, which is an American Psychological Association approved graduate program, and completed her Master’s and Doctorate degree.

Dr Ferrer Hopgood has had experience working with children, adults, families, and couples. Diagnoses and treats patients with anxiety disorders, depression, stress, substance abuse, life transitions, family conflict, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. She’s also been a college professor for over 30 years both at graduate and undergraduate levels and continues to teach

Dr Ferrer has been living in Florida for the past 12 years and has practices in Ocala and Lady Lake. She’s fully bilingual(English and Spanish) and is a Medicare provider. Please call us at 352-804-6100 for information and appointments.

Tyler Hanson, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Tyler Hanson, PA-C is a physician assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare and is committed to improving patient outcomes.

Tyler was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. He received a Bachelors of Science from Kansas State University in 2021 and a Master of Physician Associate from Wichita State University in 2024.

Tyler recently moved to Lady Lake with his significant other, Megan, their two cats, Luna and Lyra. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, trying new local restaurants, and exploring the state parks of central Florida.

Tyler has always known that he wanted to work in primary care and is excited to develop long-lasting, quality relationships with his patients.
